AerTrim™ LW

AerTrim LW is a lightweight, integrally colored, fiberglass-reinforced laminate engineered for areas where panel abuse is expected. Ideally suited for flat or single-contoured parts, AerTrim LW can easily be wrapped around a radius of .125 inch (3.2mm).

• Integral color base minimizes visibility of scratches and damaged areas.
• Thermoplastic resin system is more flexible than other fiberglass-supported products, for easier cutting, handling, edge wrapping.
• Exceeds latest 65/65/200 heat release rate and smoke density requirements.
• Stain/solvent-resistant top facing for easy cleaning.
• Unlimited custom color matching. Graphic design assistance through Schneller's Design Center.
• Available with Schneller’s pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSLHR) or with no adhesive.
• Can also be applied using commercially available contact adhesives.
