PRECISION COATING
Schneller utilizes reverse roll and knife over roll coating processes
for products with widths up to 65". These processes are considered
the most versatile for applying precise coatings of varying viscosity
and thickness, particularly for coating a wide array of substrates. For
maximum versatility, film-coating thicknesses can range from 0.0005"
(1/2 mil) to 0.25" (250 mil).
We offer optimal coating efficiency by incorporating wet lamination and
thermal lamination during the process. Other capabilities include embossing,
corona treatment and UV coating. Whatever the application, the processes
accommodate both short and long run orders.

Advanced printing is second nature to us with a choice in digital, flatbed
screen, continuous screen and rotogravure systems that offer you the optimum
graphic effects you’re looking for. We can print with either solvent-based

LAMINATION & EMBOSSING
Schneller offers multiple methods of adhering and texturing a wide array

Embossing
Schneller offers a wide variety of stock textures for both press and continuous
laminated products, ranging from smooth matte finishes to custom designs.
We also create textures for specific customer designs. For thermoform-grade
continuous films, we supply unique laminates that retain their texture
in the formed part.
