AerLam™ LW

AerLam LW is engineered for heat-vacuum application. This medium-weight decorative laminate has excellent texture retention when applied to substrate panels with deep draw areas.

Product Features

  • Conforms to deep draws of over 200% biaxial elongation.
  • Will vacuum-form into complex shapes with a minimum of vacuum pressure and temperature.
  • Can be attached to substrate with heat-active adhesive.
  • Unlimited custom color matching.
  • Graphic design assistance through Schneller's Design Center.
  • Available in a wide variety of textures.

  • Door jam liners
  • Deep draw applications

Product Specifications

  • Will meet flammability, smoke density and toxicity criteria on most panels.
  • Qualified to Boeing DMS 2415.
  • Normal weight is 15 oz./yd2 (508g/m2).
  • Available with heat-activated adhesive (for vacuum forming).
  • Available in sheets up to 54 inches x 120 inches (137cm x 305cm).
