AerTrim™ LHR

AerTrim LHR is a medium-weight, integrally colored, fiberglass-reinforced laminate engineered for areas where weight is still important but increased abuse is expected. Applied to flat or single-contoured parts, AerTrim LHR can easily be wrapped around a radius of .125 inch (3.2mm).

  • Thermoplastic resin system is more flexible than other fiberglass-supported products, for easier cutting, handling, edge wrapping.
  • Exceeds latest 65/65/200 heat release rate and smoke density requirements.
  • Stain/solvent-resistant top facing for easy cleaning.
  • Unlimited custom color matching. Graphic design assistance through Schneller's Design Center.
  • Available with Schneller’s pressure-sensitive adhesive, PSLHR, or with no adhesive.
  • Can also be applied using commercially available contact adhesives

Product Specifications

  • Qualified to Boeing DMS 2389.
  • Typical roll size: 60-80 yards (55-73 meters).
  • Supplied in continuous rolls up to 60 inches (152cm) wide or pressed sheets up to 60 x 130 in. (152 x 330cm).
