AerForm™ LHR

AerForm LHR decorative thermoplastic sheet meets all 65/65/200 flammability regulations. This new-generation material is available in gauges from 0.040--0.125 inches (1.0--3.2mm) and is thermoformable into rigid components with conventional equipment. It has good texture retention, durability, warp-resistance and cleanability.

Product Features

  • Stain/solvent-resistant facing for ease of maintenance.
  • Excellent resistance to chemicals under stress. Test data available.
  • Resistant to warpage from heat.
  • Can be formed on same equipment used for older ABS materials.
  • The typical forming temperatures of Aerform LHR are 300°F to 350°F (149°C -177°C).
  • Can also be formed on equipment modified for newer-generation materials requiring higher forming temperatures.
  • Integrally colored thermoplastic base hides scratches and damaged areas.
